Data analysis enabled the identification of two thematic axes related to the themes predominating in the individuals' narratives: the inclusion of people with disabilities in the family and community contexts and social determinants of health and inequalities; access of people with disabilities to health services; coordination of the system from PHC to specialized rehabilitation services.
